E.T. Kelly & Associates, LLC was formed in 2000 by Eileen Kelly. Prior to that time, Eileen was a partner with a large local CPA firm specializing in income and estate tax planning for businesses and individuals. She has a Masters in Business Taxation from the University of Minnesota and is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPA’s and American Institute of CPA’s.
